MEIAC has set up its new event management company which will deliver the entertainment to Dubai and it's neighbouring regions.

Who we are

Adil Jilla - Chairman & CEO

Media International Advertising Company (MEIAC) was established in 1992 by Adil Jilla, Chief Executive Officer. Previous to this, Mr. Jilla was a Partner to another international advertising agency and has over 30 years' experience in Marketing, Public Relations and Advertising.

Mr Jilla has also been an Management Accountant with CDP Waterhouse, under the Chairmanship of Nigel Lawson and nine years at Dewe Rogerson, a leading financial PR and advertising agency in the City of London.

1986-1992 - Director & Partner of Golden Oasis Ltd. Citibank & Samba VISA Gold card services to its customers in London.

1986-1992 - Director & Partner of Thoburn Associates Ltd. Advertising Agency

1994-2002 - Chairman of Intergraphic Ltd. Design & printing company London & Bahrain.

1993-2002 - Publisher of the Arab Banker - Arab Bankers Associates in London

2005 - Publisher & CEO of Property League - Property Magazine distributed to Private Banking clients in the MENA, India & Malaysia through banks.

Media Planning

PR is most effective when used in conjunction with other marketing communications activities to form an integrated package.

PR opportunities are often presented by publications as added value to paid advertising in their titles. It is very important to use a PR company which has the credibility to ensure that the client receives maximum impact with its marketing budget. We ensure that paid advertising is rewarded with full PR opportunities and that this stimulates the demand for further exposure of the brand.

MEIAC can advise on all aspects of publicity including paid advertising, advertorial and PR to ensure maximum exposure in the media. Our fees are likely to be more than compensated from the savings achieved and the additional media exposure provided by our integrated PR approach.

We plan and execute media campaigns, incorporating UK, Middle Eastern, North African and International Media. We provide our clients with advice and secure the best possible rates and positions for our clients. We keep abreast of relevant surveys and special reports and are able to advise our clients accordingly.

Public Relations

Using our experience of the UK and international media and our invaluable journalistic contacts we can ensure that MEIAC clients receive maximum media exposure through PR activities.

PR activities to include:

  • Regular contact with journalists in person and by telephone to keep them informed of important activities
  • Press releases to all media
  • Introductions to media editors and arranging interviews
  • Preparation and publicity of special reports on financial services
  • Preparation and publicity of special country reports
  • Organising events including conferences and seminars

All PR activities are coordinated with other media/advertising to ensure that the integrated package has maximum effect.

We act on a retained basis with a monthly fee dependent on the level of activity decided after further discussions. As our relationship with our clients is well established, we ensure that our rates are competitive.

Ad Hoc Projects

MEIAC is delighted to quote for additional projects beyond the scope of the package selected.

Appropriate activities might include annual reports, major corporate hospitality events, corporate presentations (for example financial results), analysts "road shows" or company rebranding. Objectives for the ad hoc project are set out and that a PR strategy is devised and implemented. We are happy to quote for such projects on an individual basis.
